Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Advance Lube Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Kempas, Johor. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Manage full set of accounts accurately;
• Prepare and submit SST filings in compliance with regulations
• Ensure all supplier invoices and staff claims are properly recorded in the accounting system;
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations;
• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly;
• Investigate and follow up on overdue accounts receivable;
• Assist in year-end closing and audit preparations;
• Handle payment processing and collections;
• Record and maintain petty cash transactions; and
• Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary
