Job descriptionOversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial policies. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental objectives. Collaborate with other departments to support business planning and decision-making. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent. Proven experience in accounting and finance leadership roles. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders. Competitive monthly salary ranging from MYR 25,000 - MYR 30,000 Comprehensive benefits package.
