Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Electrical / Electronic Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent Minimum 1 year or above in scientific equipment and troubleshooting Must be Electronic / Electrical / proficient and mechanical basic knowledge Ability to coordinate and work independently with minimum guidance Must be physically fit, responsible, enthusiastic and enjoy meeting new challenges Must be able to work independently and under pressure conditions Required to work overtime, on-call and on weekends or public holidays as when needed Team player with excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective manner Preferably specializing electronic board troubleshooting , with high vacuum knowledge At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Able to support service calls and travel within Malaysia Experience in products of SEM / EDX will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities : -
- To carry out preventive or corrective maintenance of the scientific equipment.
- To install and commission the equipment.
- To perform the troubleshooting and repair on the equipment.
- Provide support / maintenance scientific instruments in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Provide quality service, timely follow-up and built-up close relationship with customer.
- Provide recommendation of spare parts to customers during maintenance and repair work.
