Job description
Responsibilities
Maintain and update the organization’s GHG emissions inventory data.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data collection in line with Bursa Reporting Guide, GRI Standards, TCFD, IFRS S1 and S2.
Monitor and track the progress of Sustainability Framework goals and targets in collaboration with respective PICs to ensure successful implementation.
Prepare progress reports on Sustainability Framework goals and targets to the Board.
Support the organisation of Sustainability Working Group meetings and Energy Management Committee meetings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices into operational strategies and coordinate stakeholder engagement on sustainability matters.
Stay up to date with new developments and best practices in sustainability.
Drive awareness and socialisation initiatives aligned with sustainability policies, guidelines, and procedures across the organisation.
Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR activities.
Undertake and support ad-hoc assignments or projects as directed by Management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience in sustainability, environmental management, GHG emissions, or corporate governance will be an advantage.
Familiarity with ESG reporting, data management, and frameworks such as GRI, Integrated Reporting, TCFD, IFRS S1 / S2 is beneficial.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office applications.
Passion for sustainability and the drive to contribute to an environmentally responsible organization.
