JOB OVERVIEW

The Learn Tech Sales Specialist will drive sales growth and client engagement in the Central / Southern Region. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territories, to develop and maintain client relationships, attend business meetings, and deliver tailored solutions to meet market demands.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Territory Sales Development

  • Strategically penetrate and expand market presence in the Central / Southern Region.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in educational institutions, corporates, and training centers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • 3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of eLearning and hybrid solutions.
  • 4. Market Insights and Strategies

  • Provide actionable insights into market trends and client needs to influence product offerings and sales approaches.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
  • 5. Reporting and Feedback

  • Prepare detailed sales reports, client feedback, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

    1. Consultative Selling Skills : Proficient in understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.

    2. Relationship Building : Demonstrates exceptional ability to establish and maintain long-term client partnerships.

    3. Market Adaptability : Familiarity with the business environment and educational landscape of Central Region / Southern Region.

    4. Communication and Presentation : Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering impactful sales pitches.

    5. Travel Readiness : Willingness to travel extensively within the Central Region / Southern Region.

    QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in education or EdTech sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Possess a valid passport and willing to travel internationally if needed.
