Responsibilities
a) Responsible in issue Purchase Order on Device with right quantity and monitoring the Good Receive Note / Fulfillment Rate for the order within the agreed lead time.
b) Responsible of provide daily sales and Inventory report to Head of Departments for analysis purpose
c) Responsible of provide weekly Inventory report to accessories supplier.
d) Responsible of prepare consignment accessories billing report to Head of Department and inform account proceed for payment.
e) Support front line colleague’s inquiry which related on Apple product.
f) Assist with the setup and maintenance of Apple product displays in retail stores, ensuring they adhere to merchandising guidelines.
g) Providing basic technical support to the store staff on troubleshooting common issues with Apple demo unit setup and DCOTA enrolment
h) Other Ad-Hod task as assigned by the superior as and when needed.
i) Ensure the Apple Champion to attend every Apple event and Seed Training.
j) Ensure outlet to follow Apple guideline on Apple Product Merchandising and Display Area
k) Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly report to Head of Department
Education & Experience
a) Education & Experience - Diploma in Marketing / Business Management
b) Fresh Graduate, no experience is also encouraged to try out
c) Language Literacy (English, Chinese and Malay)
d) Microsoft Skills Literacy (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Proficient Communication / Negotiation Skills to effectively explain the key message issue within internal (superior / subordinate / cross department) and external (supplier)
