Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide our award-winning payroll service to regional clients in Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan or any other APAC countries
  • Responsible for clients' payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
  • Administer payroll computations, payroll reports, bank submission file, annual tax returns prepared by payroll team members and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain updated and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
  • Coordinate HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
  • Participate clients meeting and provide professional advices on HR / payroll issues and any other issues relate to the region's employment act
  • Provide operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams

Job Requirements :

  • A minimum of 1 year of payroll processing experience in Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan or other APAC countries
  • Experience in payroll outsourcing services or shared service
  • Ability to handle high volume payroll work & adapt to change
  • Action-orientated, detail minded and organized
  • Must be good in Microsoft Excel application and sensitive to numbers
  • Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
  • Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
