Key Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end execution of various site and project initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams on strategic setup and operational transition efforts.
Track progress, identify risks, and support solutions to maintain project momentum.
Contribute to infrastructure and space planning strategies.
Support sustainability and efficiency improvements across operations.
Manage budgets, vendor coordination, and relevant project documentation.
Drive continuous enhancements to ensure smooth and cost-effective implementation.

Skills & Experience Required :

Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Around 5-7 years of experience in project or facility-related roles.

Background in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

Confident communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.

Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Independent, detail-focused, and experienced in managing complex projects.
