Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with solid understanding of HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for managing employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, and onboarding.Onboarding & Orientation
Develop and implement a structured onboarding program to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.Performance Management
Set performance goals, organize review systems, provide regular feedback, and manage underperformance cases.Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances and conflicts professionally while maintaining fair and consistent practices.Benefits & Welfare Administration
Manage staff benefits including leave entitlements, staff welfare programs, and insurance matters.HR Policy & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards.Leadership & Strategic Support
