Manager, B2B (Freight Sales)

As the Freight Sales Manager, you will develop territory sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new customers. This position drives key results for the B2B department that includes profit and revenue growth. Main focus will be driving LTL, palletized revenue.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of New Business Opportunities (Freight Sales LTL)
• Identify new businesses in freight sales, follow up on potential sales opportunities, manage lead qualification and generation through calls, and convert prospects into accounts, emphasizing those with maximum revenue potential.
• Execute sales strategies to secure competitor business in major and key account portfolios. Conduct customer visits, meetings, and attend related events.
• Evaluate customer needs and prepare proposals to secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain rigorous follow-up to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Coordinate with different departments on lead initiatives.
