About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Enterprise Risk Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our enterprise risk management strategy, ensuring that all risks across the organization are identified, assessed, and effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across all areas of the organization, including operational, financial, strategic, and reputational risks.
• Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to ensure alignment of risk management efforts with organizational objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and initiatives.
• Establish and maintain risk reporting mechanisms to provide timely and accurate information to senior management.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor key risk indicators to proactively identify emerging risks and trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed a strong risk culture throughout the organization and promote awareness of risk management best practices.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks that may impact the organization.
