Warehouse cum Material Planning Control

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business and administration (broad programmes) or in any relevant professional field.

EXPERIENCES

Minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience in manufacturing environment handling planning roles / and in warehouse or logistics management or

Clean Room working experience will be an added advantage

REQUIREMENTS

Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and self-discipline

Able to work independently under pressure and able to communicate well with production floor

Proficiently in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Computer skills especially in excel reporting

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Material Planning based on sales order forecast received

Monitor material delivery progress io ensure timely delivery and inspect items for any damage or defects

Pre-alert and prompt action if there is any delayed / shortage of material

Prepare material pick list accordingly to BOM and order

Regularly monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Responsible for monitoring material returns and replenishments during the production process

Review stock safety level
