Job Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, assisting with product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase product capabilities and ensure proper usage.
- Gather customer feedback and document requirements to inform product development and improvements.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide support and training.
- Monitor all process batches with quality issues, ensuring that products meet customer specifications from the launch of new products to ongoing quality management.
- Work closely with customers and engineering teams to outline product specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Involved in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
