Job Responsibilities :
- Attend to incoming sales inquiries promptly, offering product information and support to potential customers.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, whether by phone, email, or in person.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new business opportunities and closing sales.
- Prepare accurate quotations for customers, including performing material costing calculations to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Conduct sales presentations, provide technical clarification on products and services, and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, technical specifications, and services to effectively communicate with clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- After closing sales, liaise with the contract department to ensure site projects are completed according to company procedures and timelines.
- Client Engagement & Feedback : After project completion, take a photo with the customer and ask them to leave a 5-star Google review to help boost the company's online reputation.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management to contribute to the company’s overall success.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degrees in Quantity Surveyor / Building / Civil Engineering / Construction or equivalent will be an advantage.1 - 2 years of working experience in sales - preferably within the construction or building materials industry.Fresh graduates / applicants with sales interest are encouraged to apply.Aged 18 to 35 years only.Proficient in oral and written skills (English & Bahasa Melayu).Computer literate - required skills : Microsoft Word & Excel.Target-oriented : Must be highly driven by sales targets, with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed set goals.Problem-solving abilities : Able to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions using our product offerings.Technical aptitude : Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of our products and services, as well as perform accurate costing and quotations.Positive attitude : A can-do attitude with the resilience to overcome challenges and stay motivated to achieve targets.Able to work independently, highly disciplined, responsible, punctual, and very duty-bound.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good organization skills.Good negotiation skills.Possess own transport and willing to travel.Salary & Incentives :
Salary range : RM2,500 up to RM6,000 (basic + commissions + EPF). Incentives for meeting sales targets and additional incentives for achieving monthly sales goals.
