Key Responsibilities

Project Support

  • Support the planning and execution of assigned project tasks to meet timelines and objectives.
  • Assist in coordinating project-related activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and risks, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Prepare presentations and status updates highlighting key metrics and project developments for management review.

Data & Business Analysis

  • Collect and analyze operational and business data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
  • Assist in the development of reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance for informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support project implementation.
  • Provide timely updates on project developments, issues, and risks.
  • Support communication and coordination efforts to align stakeholders with project objectives.
  • Operational & System Support

  • Assist in the implementation of improved business processes and workflows.
  • Contribute to system testing, data validation, and issue tracking during deployments.
  • Monitor team task progress to support the timely achievement of project goals.
  • Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project workflows, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with ERP systems or workflow tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of project documentation and tracking tools.
  • Basic knowledge of business process mapping and workflow optimization.
  • Good command of English (both spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
