Requirements
- Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or F&B / retail experience preferred.
- Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Trustworthy, patient, and friendly attitude.
- Willing to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15KG.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily store operations at Häagen-Dazs.Lead and supervise the team to ensure excellent customer service.Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders when needed.Ensure all food and beverage products meet quality standards.Handle cash transactions and ensure proper use of the POS system.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to F&B safety standards.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.Provide feedback to management to improve store operations.Benefits
