Job Overview

Analyze and use IE technology & Lean manufacturing to improve company resource utilization and production efficiency; organize Kaizen events and value creation workshops to reduce cost; analyze and optimise plant space to improve space utilisation.

Responsibilities

Layout

• Handle factory overall layout
• Provide layout proposal for management team based on company strategy
• Workshop and production line layout
• Improve space utilization and optimise plant process flow
• Use Visio or Auto CAD to work out layout
• Evaluate facility and network requirements; ensure layout transformation on time so no production downtime
