Schedules, plans and oversees the entire Work Programme for the Project assigned
Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities in concurrence with PIC
Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope in concurrence with PIC
Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project
Maintains and updates rotating equipment technical records, prepares technical reports, helps in generating data for inputs to budgets, improvement in maintenance methods / procedures, equipment replacement, etc.
Sets up alerts for all important contractual, milestone dates and critical path
Prepares cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects
Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team
Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning
Takes monthly progress photos and prepare Monthly Progress Report with relevant inputs
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Building or in suitably recognized field that is applicable.
At least 3-7 years working experience in construction field.
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Possess an interpersonal skill, ethical values and communication skill
Computer literate : MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Auto cad, etc
