Job description

Responsible for maintaining and supervision of all building related systems and the building facilities to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with standards and local, state and national rules and regulations, SOP's as well as all Building / Fire / Health Department codes.

Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses.

Implement and schedule property and equipment preventive maintenance programs.

Responsible for all maintaining issues within the Hotel.

Plan, coordinate and execute property renovation projects to ensure quality work is performed cost effectively.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and hotel fixtures and fittings including kitchen and laundry plant.

Coordinates and liaises with all local authorities and vendors for maintenance requests and emergencies.

Assist in the administration of the department by preparing and maintaining schedules, logs, records and other documentation to ensure a smooth operation and minimize liabilities.
