Company Overview

Inno Asia Distribution Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing nutraceutical company, dedicated to providing innovative health and wellness products. Our brands are distributed through doctors, pharmacies, and major e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a creative and driven individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Social Media Executive, helping us grow our online presence, awareness and sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working in a team to manage all company social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Plan, create, and execute monthly online sales and promotion campaigns to drive growth and build awareness.
  • Search, recruit, and manage TikTok Affiliates and influencers for brand promotion.
  • Together with accounts team to track and manage commission and incentive payments for affiliates.
  • Coordinate and manage TikTok Live and online live host events.
  • Oversee sales orders to ensure proper invoicing, pick & pack, and timely delivery to customers.
  • Reconcile monthly sales reports and payments with Shopee and TikTok.
  • Handle live customer enquiries and provide excellent online support.
  • Develop creative monthly sales campaigns and programs to attract and retain customers.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce management is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and social media advertising tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative, energetic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and sales reconciliation is a plus.
