Overview

Hotel & Travel Customer Service (Cantonese & Chinese) – Startek Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from Hong Kong customers; process hotel & ticket inquiries, bookings, after-sales support, and customer complaints; also reply to emails.
  • Provide accurate information and details to customers.
  • Work days and hours include weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
  • Languages required : Chinese and Cantonese.
  • Visa or passport documentation may be prepared by the company.

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; complete training provided.
  • Able to work in shift rotation (9-hour shifts; rest breaks as applicable).
