Executive, Safety & Health

An opportunity exists for Executive, Safety & Health to join our team in Kuantan plant.

We are looking for a certified SHO with safety & health experience in manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Facilitate the company effort to comply with all applicable occupational safety & health and environmental laws, regulations and the industrial standard code of practices by continuous monitoring and keeping the management updated on compliance status.
• Maintain and manage all related DOSH approval system (MyKKP System), E.g., PMT and PMA renewal.
• Promote Safety & Health effort thru consultation, trainings and campaign of safe working culture and awareness program.
• Ensuring safety in the plant, equipment, personnel by regular audit and review.
• Enforce and implement safety standards and regulations in all activities carried out in the plant thru schedule & random audits, SHE Committee and MOC review.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to all levels of employees & contractors to enhance and improve the development, implementation and evaluation of safety.
• Develop and coordinate continuous training and awareness programs on occupational safety & health for employees, contractors and others related parties.
• Ensure all incidents are reported and investigated. Develop and analyse incident findings and trends and make recommendations for improvement.
