Site Supervisor (Infrastructure / Building)

In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating daily site activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and according to project specifications. What you'll be doing

• Follow instructions from the Project Manager.
• Manage and monitor site equipment, materials and workforce for daily operations.
• Prepare and complete daily site reports.
• Assist Project Manager in overseeing overall site activities.
• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, and organize staff schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Check that work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Manage the ordering and delivery of construction materials.
• Report project progress to project manager and senior management.
• Participate in site coordination and management meetings.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
