Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates :
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and industry events to identify potential candidatesProactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsConduct research to identify passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunitiesReview resumes, cover letters, and job applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific rolesCandidate Engagement :
Engage and ensure a positive candidate experience through personalized outreach, networking events, and informational interviews to build relationships and promote the employer brandAct as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization's values, culture, and career opportunities to candidatesVendor Management :
Handling all enquiries and negotiation with External Vendors ( Agencies and Job Portals)Data Management and Reporting :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the iCIMSGenerate reports and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, such as OTD, cost-per-hire, and candidate sourcing effectivenessEmployer Branding and Marketing :
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choiceCreate compelling job postings and marketing materials to attract top talent to open positionsOrganise and Participate career fairs throughout Malaysia and other supporting countries if required
