Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and administrative experience, with a focus on employee relations, performance management and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and labor laws in Malaysia.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing.
- Proficiency in office administration, including procurement and vendor management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driving license (D) with own car and willing to travel outside Negeri Sembilan.
Responsibilities
Prepare employment letters and maintain accurate staff personal files.Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings and interview arrangements.Liaise with staff and government bodies (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF, JTK) for documentation and compliance.Assist HOD on staff training programs and HRDF grant applications.Process monthly payroll using UBS Payroll Software, including OT, advances, loans, and deductions.Handle statutory payments and submissions to relevant authorities.Maintain payroll records and prepare Form E & EA for audit purposes.Supervise HR & Admin team including officer, dispatch and office cleaner.Prepare tender documents and compile supporting materials.Manage company licensing and registration with government and private entities.Provide administrative support including call handling and visitor management.Monitor depot / jetty guard shifts and company vehicle usage.Coordinate website updates with service providers.Support Head of Department with ad hoc tasks as required.Benefits
