Job descriptionDegree in Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, or equivalent field. 6–7 years of experience in a leadership role on BIM projects (for BIM Manager position). Strong proficiency with Autodesk Building Design Suite tools, including Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo
Responsibilities
- Oversee the exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM protocols, standards, and content libraries.
- Conduct internal BIM training sessions to upskill staff.
- Lead the implementation of BIM processes, best practices, and advanced methodologies across projects.
- Promote innovative BIM-based solutions to drive integrated practices within the firm.
- Provide in-house BIM consultancy and technical support for project teams.
- Prepare and manage Project BIM Execution Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and BIM Implementation Plans.
- Support project teams in establishing documentation processes and workflows.
- Lead BIM coordination and clash detection meetings.
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA / QC) across all BIM models.
