Job responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment plans to expand the franchise network, focusing primarily on existing clients in the current phase
Handle franchise inquiries professionally— introducing brand advantages, investment returns, and support policies
Follow up with potential franchisees, maintain ongoing communication, and lead negotiations to close deals.
Coordinate and support franchisees post-signing across all setup phases including and from contract signing, payment follow-up, renovation timeline monitoring, opening preparations, product and equipment delivery scheduling
Serve as the first point of contact to assist franchisees with operational issues, and guide them to the relevant department when needed.
Collect franchisee feedback and market insights; compile and report findings to headquarters to aid strategic planning.
