Overview

IT Solutions Consultant at DHL IT Services. The role combines project delivery and support within an agile DevOps team. The consultant participates in requirement analysis, solution design, system test case development, interface analysis, documentation, and SRS. They work on incident resolution based on tickets, monitor the system, and implement CRs after Go Live, while contributing improvement ideas to enhance quality and product development.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, system test case development, interface analysis, documentation, and SRS.
Work as part of a DevOps team to solve incidents based on tickets and monitor the system.
Implement change requests after Go Live and contribute ideas to improve quality and the product.
Engage in discussions to drive improvements and extend the product functionality.

Qualifications

Strong functional analysis and design mindset are a big plus.

Solid technical skillset relevant to the role.

Good communication, analytical, and soft skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage tasks under time / workload pressure.

Experience in a multinational environment and advanced spoken and written English is useful for cross-region collaboration.
