We’re looking for a fast, calm, and sharp Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder & CFO — a driven, high-performance leader with a strong belief in developing people who are ready to rise to the challenge.

You’ll act as their right hand, managing time, anticipating needs, and ensuring projects move forward with speed and precision. This role demands someone who’s quick to think, quicker to act, and able to stay composed under pressure while maintaining professionalism and wit in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support : Manage the Co-Founder’s calendar, schedule, and inbox — anticipate conflicts, handle logistics, and ensure a smooth daily flow.
  • Rapid Coordination : Act quickly on priorities, follow up promptly, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Project Tracking : Support cross‑functional initiatives and keep all moving parts aligned and on time.
  • Communication : Draft clear, polished messages and reports; act as an extension of the Co-Founder’s voice when communicating internally or externally.
  • Operational & Financial Assistance : Help with expense tracking, reporting, and administrative finance tasks as needed.
  • Decision Support : Filter and prioritize information to help leadership focus on what matters most.
  • Composure Under Pressure : Stay calm and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership (startup, finance, or operations background preferred).
  • Lightning‑fast responsiveness and strong initiative.
  • Exceptionally organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — articulate, professional, and confident.
  • Tech‑savvy and resourceful (Google Suite, Notion, Slack, Excel / Sheets, etc.).
  • High emotional intelligence, able to match a dynamic pace while keeping things grounded.
  • Holds a strong passport and can travel easily across regions.
  • Based in Malaysia or open to traveling to nearby countries.
  • Fast, responsive, and detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to stay calm, witty, and composed even in fast‑paced situations.
  • Comfortable managing both business and personal logistics with discretion.
