Job Description
This role is pivotal in ensuring the availability and performance of IT infrastructure and applications in alignment with global standards and business strategies. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, leading a small team and collaborating across departments to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all IT activities within the plant.
- Develop and implement local IT strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Manage IT service delivery, infrastructure, and application support.
- Oversee IT project execution, including vendor coordination and technical delivery.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, risk management, and quality standards.
- Provide consulting and training to business users on IT systems and security.
- Maintain plant data centers and specialized manufacturing IT systems.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information & Communication Technology or equivalent experience.Experience : 3–5 years in a relevant IT role.2+ years in a leadership or team lead role, preferably in manufacturing.Technical Expertise : IT Infrastructure & Service Management (ITIL)Project Management methodologiesSystem Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Business Process ManufacturingLanguage : Fluent in English (written and spoken).Soft Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and intercultural sensitivity.Additional Information
