Overview
To carry out routine laboratory product testing activity.
Conduct product failure investigation, preparing reports and initiate improvement activity (e.g., RCA, Kaizen, TPM, DOE, DFMEA, PFMEA).
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine laboratory product testing activity.
- Conduct product failure investigations, prepare reports and initiate improvement activities (e.g., RCA, Kaizen, TPM, DOE, DFMEA, PFMEA).
- Develop and maintain documentation (e.g., testing records, SOPs, WI).
- Conduct laboratory equipment calibration, validation and optimization.
- Involve in laboratory equipment maintenance.
- Support R&D activities on testing new products and validation processes.
