Job Summary
The Assistant Manager supports hospital revenue growth by planning marketing activities, developing business partnerships, and monitoring revenue performance.
Job Responsible
- Plan and execute marketing activities (digital and offline) to promote hospital services.
- Conduct market research to understand patient needs and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain business relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, MCOs, TPAs, and partner clinics.
- Work with internal departments (medical, nursing, finance, billing) to support pricing, promotions, and service packages.
- Monitor revenue trends and assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, revenue management, or business development (hospital or healthcare experience is an advantage).Excellent command of Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
