Accounts & Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute vendors and sub-con payments and ensuring supporting documents are complete.
- Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
- Ensure all monthly reporting for group are reviewed and managed
- Involve in standard monthly, quarterly and year end closing and reporting for all other accounting related matters.
- To assist and perform a diversity of office functions or operational administrative tasks
- Provide clerical support for business travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights, transportation and airport transfers for business travelers from HQ in Korea
- Assist in general office management tasks including screening incoming calls and emails, and handling inquiries when appropriate
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary
Requirement
Possess at least Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience is required.Highly organized, strong work ethic, responsible and pro-active.Matured, attentive to details, able to multi-tasks and be resourceful with good common sense.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Korean will be an added advantage.Computer literate and well-versed with Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)Knowledge in SAP and Basic Accounting and Administrative will be an added advantage.Other Information
Salary range : RM2,500 – RM3,300
