Job descriptionManage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions. Regularly update new products, services, and industry trends. Regularly update new products, services, and industry trends. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition. Negotiate terms and close deals with clients to secure projects. Collaborate with the creative, operation, and technical teams to ensure successful event execution. Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to the management team. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies. Work closely with creative, operation, and technical teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and research.
- Excellent in follow-ups, strong in communicating with clients and demonstrate continuous effort in regularly keeping in touch with clients.
