You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from understanding client requirements and sourcing top talent, to screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes : job posting, sourcing, screening, and offer management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably IT / technical hiring).Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.Preferred Skills
