Support daily production by ensuring equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.
Plan and coordinate quarterly engineering tasks in line with departmental work plans.
Drive OEE improvement initiatives through equipment upgrades, defect reduction, and process optimization.
Analyze equipment failure data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and ensure accurate record keeping.
Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure stable and safe operation.
Manage engineering tickets : review requests, assign tasks, follow up, and ensure timely closure.
Prepare and analyze monthly reports on engineering tickets and equipment performance.
Enforce production safety standards and achieve “double-zero” targets (zero accidents and incidents).
Carry out other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Science or Engineering (full-time).
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing automated production equipment OR at least 1 year in non-standard automation equipment design.
Familiar with equipment introduction processes, mechanical principles, fault analysis, and OEE concepts.
Knowledge of mechanical drafting; proficient in SolidWorks, CAD, or equivalent software.
Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of Minitab and mind-mapping tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Good teamwork, communication, and execution skills; ability to influence and persuade others.
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and innovation.
