Sales & Business Development Manager

Requirements : -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional, but preferred). -Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Manager in the beauty or retail industry. -Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. -Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. -Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. -A passion for beauty and skincare products is a plus.   KPIs : -Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. -Customer Acquisition : Secure at least 20 new customers each quarter. -Customer Retention : Maintain a 90% retention rate with existing clients. -Revenue Growth : Achieve a minimum of 20% year-on-year revenue growth. -Customer Satisfaction : Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 / 5.
