Your Role in VT Markets

The Web Developer / Webmaster will build and drive performance and optimisation of marketing websites. This individual will partner with global marketers, data analysts, creatives, and engineering teams to deliver powerful data‑driven insights to drive awareness, engagement, satisfaction, and conversion across our marketing websites. This role will work collaboratively to identify opportunities and solutions that support business goals and move our internal partners’ objectives forward in meaningful ways.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Qualification & Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in website management including a proven track record of success driving business impact on a global scale through web experiences.
  • Experience in working with cross‑functional teams of Designers, UX, Developers, and Content creators to craft compelling web experiences.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Demonstrated experience to inspire teams and vendor partners to drive cross‑functional projects to success with minimal guidance.
  • Experience with communicating technical details across teams, locations, and organisations, including leadership and non‑technical audiences.
  • Highly effective collaborator within matrixed organisations.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required as the role manages communications with stakeholders / partners globally.

    • Your responsibilities will include :

  • Drive, build, and optimise efforts across our dedicated web surfaces.
  • Focus on building new capabilities in a roadmap for content, functionality, and experiences across platforms.
  • Lead the execution of web initiatives (features / functionality, content, experiences) based on business needs, key performance indicators, data, insights, trends, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables and lead project execution.
  • Act as key liaison to web development, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure website requirements are represented and supported, and become proficient in web technologies.
  • Trusted partner and consensus builder with other teams, helping them translate business requirements into customer‑centric web experiences.
