Product and Clinical Specialist (Angiography and Mobile C-Arms)
Join to apply for the Product and Clinical Specialist (Angiography and Mobile C-Arms) role at Siemens Healthineers. We are hiring in Malaysia to provide deep technical knowledge in Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and Surgical specialties within an assigned portfolio, advising sales and customers on capabilities, options, and integration of Siemens products and solutions. You will support the sales organization in achieving business goals by implementing key marketing concepts and providing technical content expertise to support sales success and customer satisfaction for the respective modalities or services.
Your tasks and responsibilities :
- Solution / Product Expertise : Maintain knowledge in product, technical, and market changes in the Angiography and Mobile C-arm market. Serve as a subject matter expert to Account Managers and other Siemens sales stakeholders. Develop and foster professional networks within the healthcare industry for Cardiovascular / Interventional Radiology and Surgical Departments.
- Technical & Product Marketing : Develop marketing materials (presentations, videos, leaflets) to support sales and marketing initiatives. Understand local competitive and market landscape for proper product positioning. Provide feedback to the business line on usability and customer opinions. Identify opportunities and develop sale programs for target areas (e.g., new, replacement opportunities, competitive conversions).
- Sales and Clinical Support : Ensure smooth order handover to Project and Customer Service. Participate in joint calls with the sales team (product demonstrations, customer presentations). Prepare quotations and tender / technical submissions. Provide feedback on product usability and customer opinions for product improvement. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers to ensure satisfaction and product adoption. Responsible for funnel management and forecast quality (Sales Funnel, Quarter Project Updates, Win / Loss Analysis).
Your qualifications and experience :
Degree in Engineering / Medicine / Radiography / Imaging / Medical Physics or equivalentMinimum 5 years of marketing / sales with a successful track record in business buildingYour attributes and skills :
Understanding and experience of healthcare delivery; ability to identify customer pain points and develop proposals to meet their needsDemonstrable expertise in the healthcare industry with practical experience in sales and customer managementExcellent verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving capabilityOur global team
