  • Perform raw material planning by analyzing material requirements and ensuring an adequate supply based on company buying policies.
  • Coordinate and follow through on material delivery schedules to meet production needs.
  • Liaise effectively with Buyers, Category Managers, and Suppliers to schedule and track material deliveries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Assembly Planning, Probe Planning, and Test Operations, to ensure smooth material flow and delivery.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Safety Stock, Inventory Levels, and Aging Inventory.
  • Act as a key driver of continuous improvement initiatives in planning and material control processes.
  • Minimum Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
  • Demonstrates a willing-to-do and willing-to-learn attitude, such as learning to visualize data using Power BI to support decision-making.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Capable of clear, accurate, and timely communication—both written and verbal.
  • Good presentation skills, able to communicate ideas and data effectively to stakeholders.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
