Retail Sales Executive (Interior Stylist)

We are looking for a results-oriented Retail Sales Executive (Interior Stylist) to join our team. This role blends a passion for interior design with exceptional sales skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to business success.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on interior styling solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing product displays and store layouts.
  • Stay updated on latest interior design trends and product knowledge.
  • Make appointments with customers for Interior Design Service.
  • Follow up actively on sales orders, deliveries and claims to ensure a high level of after-sales service.
  • Sales driven is a must and the ideal candidates will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations.

    • Requirements

  • Candidate with Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent is a plus.
  • Great team player, good interpersonal skills, and self-motivated.
  • Ideal candidate is also passionate about creating exceptional in-store experiences.
  • Experience in interior design and / or selling furniture, luxury retail, airline crew and hospitality industry will be an advantage, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude.
  • Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the senior role.
  • Candidates with experience with AutoCAD / Sketchup / 3D rendering software is a plus.
  • Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply and will receive a competitive basic monthly salary plus commission.
