Job descriptionPerform full set of accounts Manage the day to day financial and accounting operations Preparation of monthly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc reports Preparation of annual budgets, monitoring actual performance against budget and monitoring corrective action plans. Perform variance analysis on actual results against budget Monitor cash flow independently and prepare monthly cash flow projection Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements. Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matters Assist in designing and implementing improvement in controls and establishing Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Liaise with company internal / external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries etc. whenever necessary Review and advise the Management on the potential business risk that may arise from the change in the statutory requirements cross border investment, forex risk and etc Annual Leave, Sick Leave and others are provided during probation Medical Claims Dental & Optical claims Sport Equipment Claims Laptop claims NO OT in company culture Work Life Balance Work from home upon line manager approval Work with industry-leading engineering software solutions provider, SOLIDWORKS and SolidCAM

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Degree graduate or Finance or a Professional Qualification in accounting
- Worked with full set of accounts / Willingness to learn
- Excellence problem-solving skills, good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Quickbook Accounting System and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) will be advantage.
- Must be proficient in both written and spoken in English.
