Job description

Requirements

  • Education : Diploma in any field.
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in administration (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
  • Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage outdoor tasks, and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred : Proficiency in Mandarin (added advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and handle export permits (SKV) and related documentation.
  • Renew tenancy agreements and liaise with landlords / property owners for smooth renewals.
  • Act as the primary contact for government agencies (e.g., DVS, Land Survey, KPDNKK) and external stakeholders (agents, consultants, contractors).
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational goals.
  • Assist the Human Resources Department as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.
