Requirements
- Education : Diploma in any field.
- Experience : Minimum 2 years in administration (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage outdoor tasks, and operate with minimal supervision.
- Preferred : Proficiency in Mandarin (added advantage).
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping.Prepare reports, correspondence, and handle export permits (SKV) and related documentation.Renew tenancy agreements and liaise with landlords / property owners for smooth renewals.Act as the primary contact for government agencies (e.g., DVS, Land Survey, KPDNKK) and external stakeholders (agents, consultants, contractors).Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational goals.Assist the Human Resources Department as needed.Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.Benefits
