Job Description

Participate in the commissioning of assembly equipment and execute equipment maintenance plans;
Engage in troubleshooting operational issues with assembly equipment;
Analyze and monitor equipment operating status, proposing rational improvement recommendations;
Report factual information to superiors, resolve subordinate disputes promptly, address issues immediately or escalate them with proposed rationalization suggestions;
Assist relevant departments in organizing pre-employment and on-the-job training programs.

Job Requirements

College degree or above

More than 3 years of work experience in the Automation / Assembly industry

Familiar with the structure, operating procedures, and maintenance requirements of assembly equipment;

Good organizational coordination, judgment, communication, planning and execution skills;

Familiar with product process validation, new product validation process and methods;

Hardworking, responsible, and no bad record.
