Consultant Commentary : Craft compelling summaries and reviews of shortlisted candidates for client presentation. Job Advertising & Branding : Write effective job ads and promote roles across multiple channels to attract top talent. CRM & Documentation : Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, search progress, and job activities using internal tools and platforms. Performance Metrics : Meet individual KPIs related to placements, candidate submissions, and business development activities. Market Research : Stay informed about hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry shifts to advise clients and candidates effectively. Team Collaboration : Partner closely with colleagues and leadership to ensure smooth processes and knowledge sharing.
