What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • 1 - 2 years of inside sales working experience to build rapport / Engage with customer with presentation
  • Preferable cdds have B2B sales experience from software or technology industry which sounds IT
  • Diploma or higher education
  • Preferable Female

What you'll be doing on the job

  • Prospect new leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other lead-generatio methods.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and purchasing authority.
  • Research potential customers to understand their industry, challenges, and buying
  • signals.

  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Use sales tools (CRM, email campaigns, etc.) to track and nurture leads.
  • Follow up with leads, ensuring timely responses and maintaining consistent communication
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products / services.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects and answer questions
  • about solutions.

  • Negotiate terms and pricing, close deals, and convert prospects into customers
