Job descriptionIdentify and shortlist suitable tenants and retail concepts for the mall. Ensure tenants adhere to lease terms. Follow-up through execution to the opening of store. -Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship. Resolve any tenant concern and issue soonest possible in interest for betterment of the mall. -Actively source for potential tenants for the vacancy units under the portfolio. Sourcing potential tenants and follow-up through execution to the Tenancy Agreement. -Plan and implement the tenancy mix and retail concepts for the mall. -Draft proposals, lease offers and documents on incoming and current tenancies. -Initiate discussion with potential tenant, negotiate the lease and finalize rental and other terms and conditions. -Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
