Job Description
- Drive growth and strategic expansion within a dedicated portfolio of key accounts across the APAC region, with a primary focus on emerging Malaysian markets. The role will be 80% hunting and 20% farming with a little project management
- Be fully accountable for the commercial performance of managed accounts, covering total sales, revenue targets, gross margin achievement, and overall project profitability.
- Cultivate and maintain robust, high-level stakeholder relationships globally, coordinating seamlessly with international business units in Europe, APAC, and the Americas to ensure unified client service.
- Collaborate intensely with the APAC Project Delivery Team to guarantee the flawless execution of training programs and achieve maximum client satisfaction.
- Execute in-depth Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and discovery sessions with client teams across APAC.
- Systematically generate and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and targeted relationship development.
- Be empowered to independently build, manage, and expand your entire client acquisition portfolio from initial contact to closed deal.
The Successful Applicant
Background : Possess or comes from an L&D setting. Having 5 years of management experience and has a Bachelors Degree.Executive Communication Skills : Possesses the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and with impact, building rapport and demonstrating confidence with senior stakeholders across diverse global cultures and regions.Partnership Orientation : Operates with a long-term, client-centric philosophy, consistently prioritizing client needs to foster enduring and trusted business relationships.Leadership Ambition : Driven by a clear, future-focused desire to progress into senior management and leadership positions within the organization.Operational Independence : Highly effective at working autonomously and remotely, requiring minimal supervision, while simultaneously maintaining a robust and collaborative presence across all internal teams.What's on Offer
