Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, Organize and schedule current & future work.
• Responsible for production schedule adherence, HPU improvement, cycle time improvement, inventory management, and employee development.
• Overseeing the Backend Wafer production process, drafting a production schedule and ensuring that it is adhered to.
• Identifying and resolving any issues that could cause production delays.
• Assist Bar Fab Operation Manager to manage the Bar Fab Production Operations.
• Monitor DLs discipline, tardiness & attendance.
• Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
• Ensuring Bar Fab production operation equipment is utilized effectively.
• Ensuring Bar Fab processes run efficiently.
