The Job

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team! If you are passionate about recruitment, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle – from identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Source top talent using various channels including online job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews and initial interviews to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, collaborating closely with hiring managers.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely updates, and professional feedback.
  • Manage job offers and confirmations, ensuring a smooth transition for selected candidates.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, including company inductions on the first day to ensure a welcoming experience.
  • Support performance review processes, including conducting quarterly performance appraisals.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes by implementing best practices and standardization initiatives.
  • The Profile

    Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment agency.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Proactive, committed, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel if required.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
